Micheal Gibbons (Gibby)

Micheal Gibbons was born in 5th of July 1950. He was the oldest son of Norah and Jimmy Gibbons.

Big brother to Gerald Liz and Karen.

Micheal didn't marry or have any kids of his own but he made sure that he spoilt his niece and
nephews.

He was a fantastic uncle to Craig, Graham, Michelle who was his only niece, Jamie and Young Gerald.
and a great uncle to Robyn, Caitlin and Ellie and soon to be a great uncle again. Micheal was born
in the Botany in Maryhill and left School at 15. To start work at The paper mill with his Dad and
Gerald his uncle micky and Jimmy who was the boss. Micheal took his work ethic from his dad which
was to do as little work for as much as possible and carried this throughout his life.

Micheal and gerald moved down to london at a young age and stayed down there for more than 40 years,
Micheal's heart always remained in Maryhill usually when it was family partys, He remained
friends with the same people over the years and always would make sure that he would have a drink
with them over the years. He also loved Celtic F.C and took all of nephews to their first football
match. Micheal meet many different people throughout his life who were VERY important to him
throughout his life and these people were very close to his heart until the end.

Uncle Micheal U will be sadly missed and never forgotten. Love u loads!!xxx
